If our price for the same new model and color drops within 6 months of your purchase date, contact us with your order number.

How to request your refund
Call or text (669) 214-8889 or email info@houseofmassagechairs.com with your order number within 6 months of your purchase date. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Questions
Is Black Friday included?
Yes. If our Black Friday or Cyber Monday price is lower than what you paid, and it's within 6 months of your purchase, you get the difference back.
When do the 6 months start?
On your purchase date: the day you place your order online or buy in one of our showrooms.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Eligible purchases are covered automatically from the day you buy.
How is the difference paid?
We refund the difference to your original payment method. If you paid with Affirm, the refund is processed through Affirm.
Are sale prices covered?
Yes. If you buy at a sale price and our price goes even lower within 6 months, you get the difference.
Does it cover online orders?
Yes. It covers orders at houseofmassagechairs.com and purchases in both of our showrooms.
What if the price drops more than once?
If our price drops again within the 6 months, you can request again. We refund the additional difference.
Does it cover other stores' prices?
No. 6-Month Price Protection covers our own prices. If you find a lower price on an identical chair from an authorized dealer before you buy, ask us about our price-match promise.
