Really enjoyed my visit to House of Massage Chairs! I was able to try out 4 different chairs before making my decision, which made a huge difference in finding the right fit. The staff were cordial and patient throughout — they gave us all the time we needed to test each chair and figure out what actually suited us, without any pressure to rush the decision.
We finally landed on the perfect chair for our home, and it’s set to be delivered in a couple of weeks. Great experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend taking your time to try the chairs in person before buying — this store makes that easy.

My husband and I stopped in on the fly to look at a foot massager. We got the best help from Shawn. He was so patient with us in our indecisiveness. Shawn is very knowledgeable in the inventory and we willingly tried a massage chair to check the new tech of the chairs. We tried several different chairs and ended up purchasing the 'Ferrari' chair. We are so grateful for his patience, his knowledge, and his continually helping us and with all the settings. Great experience shopping for a massage chair here! The store has a wide selection of massage chairs that you can actually try, which really helped us compare the different options.
My husband and I spent about two hours trying different chairs, and Shawun was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He let us try all the chairs we were interested in and clearly explained the features and differences between each one. We finally found a chair that we both really liked.

My wife and I have been looking at Massage Chairs on line for quite some time. Everything I've read, said to go out and try several to see what is the best fit, comfort and price.
Today, we went to House of Massage Chairs and met with Henry Ipek. He showed us numerous massage chairs to find out what was the best fit for us. I think we probably tried 10 different chairs while we were in the store.
Finally, my wife and I finally agreed on one chair that we both loved. It wasn't the chair I came in for or saw on line, but it was 10X better. We spent a little more than we initially wanted to, but when you figure this is going to last us a long time, we went ahead and pulled the trigger.
Henry was wonderful dealing with and gave us a good and fair price on the massage chair.
We couldn't be more happy with our purchase and the service we got from Henry.

We had a wonderful experience here! Henry was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and quickly helped us narrow down the options based on our preferences.
The store carries a great selection of different brands and models, probably one of the most comprehensive selections we’ve seen in the Bay Area. It was really convenient to be able to try so many different chairs in one place, and we found one we loved pretty quickly.
Henry also did a great job explaining the differences between the chairs, as well as the warranty and after-sales service for each option. We really appreciated how transparent and thorough he was—it made us feel very comfortable and confident about our purchase.
