When it arrives

Your delivery time is the estimated delivery shown on each product page. Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. For in-stock items, delivery takes approximately 2 days to 4 weeks, depending on the chair, where it ships from and where you live. Some chairs ship directly from brand warehouses in other states.

What happens on delivery day

   Before it ships

   Measure your doorways, hallways, stairs and elevator. For larger chairs we may ask you to confirm measurements before shipping. Getting the chair into your room is your responsibility under our shipping policy, so text us your measurements if you'd like a second look.

2. 2

   Scheduling

   Many massage chair deliveries are scheduled for a delivery window. An adult needs to be at the address during that window.

3. 3

   At the door

   Inspect the boxes and the chair. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and take photos. Report damage you find after delivery within 24 hours to info@houseofmassagechairs.com.

4. 4

   Setup

   With white-glove delivery, the chair is placed in your room, assembled, plugged in and checked, and the packaging is taken away.

Returns, in plain words

You can return an online order within 30 days, with our authorization first. If the chair isn't defective, a 15% restocking fee applies, and you pay the return shipping and the original outbound shipping cost, even if your order shipped free. White-glove delivery fees are not refunded once the service has been performed. Showroom purchases are final. Read the full return policy.

Warranty

Every chair comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by brand and model, and each product page lists the current terms. We're an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. Questions about coverage? Call or text us before you buy.

6-Month Price Protection

Do you ship to my state?

Yes. Standard shipping is free anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO or international addresses.

How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery is shown on each product page. For in-stock items, delivery takes approximately 2 days to 4 weeks.

Is setup included?

On most massage chairs, yes: white-glove delivery includes in-home placement, assembly and packaging removal. The Solara chair, recliners, office chairs and foot massagers ship curbside.

Will I pay sales tax?

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

What if my chair arrives damaged?

Note visible damage on the delivery paperwork and take photos. Report damage you find after delivery within 24 hours to info@houseofmassagechairs.com with your order number and photos.

Can I return it?

Online orders can be returned within 30 days with our authorization first. Non-defect returns pay a 15% restocking fee, return shipping and the original outbound shipping cost. Full return policy.

What if the price drops after I buy?

With 6-Month Price Protection, we refund the difference if our price drops within 6 months, Black Friday included.
