Amazing service from Gio! Totally no rush, no pressure to make a purchase! Gio was open, and took the time and initiative to make sure we were getting the chair that best fits our needs and pricing. We glad we made this purchase!

Henry and Shawn were absolutely amazing in helping us select the chair of my dreams. They went over and above in not only helping me compare the models and benefits but to also explain the technology behind the various ones I tried. Go here and be happy with the chair you pick!

Just had an amazing experience buying my first massage chair. Gabe was very patient and explained in detail all the different chairs available in their showroom. They have a lot of different chairs in their showroom. I highly recommend coming here if you need to buy a massage chair!

My husband and I stopped in on the fly to look at a foot massager. We got the best help from Shawn. He was so patient with us in our indecisiveness. Shawn is very knowledgeable in the inventory and we willingly tried a massage chair to check the new tech of the chairs. We tried several different chairs and ended up purchasing the 'Ferrari' chair. We are so grateful for his patience, his knowledge, and his continually helping us and with all the settings. We are excited about our new purchase and we are looking forward to the benefits and relaxing moments that await. Thank you Shawn for your help and good luck to you!

Great experience shopping for a massage chair here! The store has a wide selection of massage chairs that you can actually try, which really helped us compare the different options.
My husband and I spent about two hours trying different chairs, and Shawun was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He let us try all the chairs we were interested in and clearly explained the features and differences between each one. We finally found a chair that we both really liked.
We really appreciate Shawun help, as well as Michael’s assistance. Great selection and very helpful service. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been looking at Massage Chairs on line for quite some time. Everything I've read, said to go out and try several to see what is the best fit, comfort and price.
Today, we went to House of Massage Chairs and met with Henry Ipek. He showed us numerous massage chairs to find out what was the best fit for us. I think we probably tried 10 different chairs while we were in the store.
Finally, my wife and I finally agreed on one chair that we both loved. It wasn't the chair I came in for or saw on line, but it was 10X better. We spent a little more than we initially wanted to, but when you figure this is going to last us a long time, we went ahead and pulled the trigger.
Henry was wonderful dealing with and gave us a good and fair price on the massage chair.
We couldn't be more happy with our purchase and the service we got from Henry.

We were very impressed with the selection of massage chairs and the service we received. We were able to take our time trying many different models. Shawun was knowledgeable and patient, explaining the features of each chair and helping us find one that both my wife and I liked. Michael was also very helpful. We really appreciated their friendly service and would definitely recommend this store.

Henry at House of Massage Chairs provided truly exceptional service from start to finish. He spent a generous amount of time with my wife and me, helping us find the right massage chair for both of our needs. He patiently walked us through the different brands, features, and technologies, explaining each brand’s approach and how those differences translate into the actual massage experience. His knowledge and attention to detail helped us feel informed and confident in our decision.
What really set Henry apart was how far he went to help us beyond the store visit. He assisted with delivery and even helped us navigate the return of a massage chair we had recently purchased. That level of care and follow-through made a big difference to us.
Throughout the entire process, we felt that Henry genuinely cared about finding the best fit for us. If you’re considering a massage chair, I highly recommend visiting House of Massage Chairs and asking for Henry. Thank you, Henry, for your patience, expertise, and outstanding service!

We had a wonderful experience here! Henry was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and quickly helped us narrow down the options based on our preferences.
The store carries a great selection of different brands and models, probably one of the most comprehensive selections we’ve seen in the Bay Area. It was really convenient to be able to try so many different chairs in one place, and we found one we loved pretty quickly.
Henry also did a great job explaining the differences between the chairs, as well as the warranty and after-sales service for each option. We really appreciated how transparent and thorough he was—it made us feel very comfortable and confident about our purchase.
Overall, it was such a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience. Great selection, great service, and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend Henry and this store if you’re looking for a massage chair!

We visited the store intending to buy a chair on father's day. Gabe's exceptional patience, comprehensive knowledge of all available chairs, and friendly, non-pressuring demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable. We spent over 3 hrs trying almost every chair, so much so that we didn't realize the mall had already closed. Despite this, Gabe graciously encouraged us to take our time and not rush our decision. Ultimately, we purchased a chair that exceeded our initial budget, but its quality has proven invaluable as we use it daily. Thank you Gabe again!

We had such a great experience shopping here! Henry, the owner, was incredibly helpful and professional. He quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and, with his many years of experience, recommended a massage chair that turned out to be a perfect fit for us.
What really impressed us was how accurately he explained the differences between the chairs and what we would actually feel during the massage. Once we tried the chair he recommended, everything he described was spot on. He really helped us narrow down the options and feel confident about our final decision without ever making us feel pressured.
Henry is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right chair for his customers. We’re very happy with our purchase and the entire shopping experience. Highly recommend!
