It doesn't cover other retailers' prices, clearance or closeout items (even during Black Friday), floor models, open-box or refurbished items, recliners or foot massagers, purchases made with trade-in or upgrade credit, shipping, White Glove delivery or taxes, gifts or bundles, pricing errors, or orders that were returned or canceled. The bigger risk: choosing the wrong chair
A massage chair is personal. Two chairs with similar specs can feel completely different once you sit in them. Before you focus on price, check the things that decide whether a chair works for you:
- Fit: does the massage track line up with your back, and do your feet reach the foot area comfortably? Taller or broader shoppers often prefer XL frames.
- Intensity: is the strongest setting strong enough for you, and the gentlest setting gentle enough?
- Size and space: how much room does the chair need when fully reclined, and will it fit through your doorways?

Once we confirm the lower price, we refund the difference to your original payment method. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and after approval we aim to issue the refund within 5 business days.
