A floor model is a current model with the same programs and features as a boxed chair. It has been on display and tried by visitors, so it may show light signs of use, and anything worth knowing is written on its condition sheet.
Before handover, our team runs every program and checks the mechanism and upholstery. You see the exact chair and sign its condition sheet before you take it home.
Why it costs less
We rotate our display chairs to keep new models on the floor. Instead of sending floor models back, we offer them to Bay Area shoppers below our Black Friday price.

No. It is a current model that has been on display and tried in our showroom. That is why it costs less, and why you see its condition before you buy.
How do I get the floor-model price?
Call (669) 214-8889 or visit a showroom. We confirm which floor models are still available at each showroom and give you the floor-model price.
Can floor models be delivered?
Yes, to addresses in the San Francisco Bay Area only (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma counties). Delivery and White Glove setup are free. You can also pick it up at the showroom within 30 days.
Can I return a floor model?
Floor models are final sale, with no voluntary return or 30-Day Swap. Your legal rights for a defective chair stay the same.
Do floor models have a warranty?
Coverage for floor models depends on the brand. We confirm the warranty for the chair you choose before you buy.
